Buying Guide & Frequently Asked Questions

Electric vs Gas โ€“ Whatโ€™s the Difference?

Electric models are quieter, easier to maintain, and perfect for beginners. Gas models provide more power and longer run times, ideal for open areas and more experienced riders. If you're unsure which to choose, electric is typically the best starting point for younger riders.

How Do I Choose the Right Size and Power?

24Vโ€“36V electric bikes are best for younger or first-time riders (ages ~7โ€“11).
48V electric or 49โ€“52cc gas bikes offer more speed and torque for older kids and teens.
Always check each productโ€™s recommended age, weight limit, and seat height to match your rider.

What Should I Expect for Shipping and Delivery?

Most models ship quickly from U.S. warehouses. Smaller units ship via FedEx/UPS, while larger dirt bikes, ATVs, and go-karts may ship by freight. Freight carriers usually call to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult must be present to inspect and sign.

How Much Assembly Is Required?

Most models arrive 80โ€“95% assembled. You may need to attach the handlebars, front wheel, number plate, and perform a bolt check. Basic tools are included. Assembly usually takes 20โ€“45 minutes depending on the model.

How Long Does the Battery Last?

Most electric models provide 30โ€“60 minutes of ride time depending on speed mode, terrain, rider weight, and battery size. Charging typically takes 6โ€“8 hours. We recommend charging fully before the first ride.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

Each unit includes a parts warranty that covers manufacturer defects. Cosmetic damage, wear-and-tear parts (tires, tubes, chains), and user-caused damage are not covered. Replacement parts are always available to keep your vehicle running long-term.

What Safety Gear Do You Recommend?

A DOT-approved helmet is strongly recommended. For added protection, we suggest gloves, long pants, long sleeves, boots or closed-toe shoes, and optional knee, elbow, and chest protection.

Are These Bikes and ATVs Street Legal?

Unless specifically stated otherwise, these vehicles are intended for off-road use only. They should not be operated on public roads or sidewalks. Please follow all local laws and supervise young riders at all times.
